Sources & schedule status
A schedule is useful when you know what it is based on. This page records the public references used for the first version.
What the official announcement supports
The NC announcement dated December 3, 2025 describes a change from a four-hour to a three-hour rift cycle. That announcement alone does not establish today’s regional opening hours or a universal entry window.
Taiwan
02:00 · 05:00 · 08:00 · 11:00 · 14:00 · 17:00 · 20:00 · 23:00
Reference zone: Asia/Taipei. Each listed local hour repeats daily; the timer converts those instants into your selected display zone.
- Public references
- AION 2 Handbook timer and AION 2 Rift Timer source ledger list these regional hours. Agreement between web pages does not prove independent in-game observations.

- Taiwan update notice, referenced by the community ledger. We could not read its full dynamic page body for this version; it is not labelled as independently reviewed here.
- Checked
- 2026-10-08. This is a public-source review date, rather than a live game check. No automatic refresh extends that date.
- Limitations
- Later game changes, portal capacity and maintenance can affect play. No entry closing time or live portal status is calculated.

Global services
Public trackers use different timing rules. Some give a shared UTC cycle, while others use regional clocks or withhold exact times. This version leaves Global countdowns pending rather than selecting one disputed rule.
| Service | Status | Timer |
|---|---|---|
| North America East | Pending | Exact countdown paused |
| North America West | Pending | Exact countdown paused |
| Europe | Pending | Exact countdown paused |
| South America | Pending | Exact countdown paused |
| Asia / Japan | Pending | Exact countdown paused |
Reference pages checked
Checked 2026-10-08. North American and European daylight-saving changes also need a supported rule before future schedules are enabled. No Taiwan or Korea timing is inherited by a Global service.
What the labels mean
- Community reference: a published schedule with a stated service and time zone. It has not been verified in the game by RiftClock.
- Pending: exact regional times are missing or an important timing difference remains unresolved.
- Re-check needed: a configured validity limit has been reached. A timer stays paused until its rule is reviewed.
If the game shows a different time
